20 out of 10 recommend. The process is always quick and easy. They take pictures and compare year over-year. They are always on time. I always leave knowing that I have the best possible prescription for my eyes and also understand other minor issues related to my eyes that I didn't know about or had questions about. The glasses selection is nice. The whole staff is friendly and I look forward to my next appointment.

From start to finish, this was a great visit. The team was efficient & went above & beyond in subtle ways (including almost saving me from a fall , haha). Dr Carcano explained EVERYTHING, so I knew what was happening & why the results mattered. I’ve never left a review after a visit with an optometrist, but it was just that great!

From the moment I walked in, every member of the staff was friendly and welcoming. Arturo, whom assisted me with the pre-assessment, was knowledgeable and instructive. Dr. Carcano was very engaging and thoughtful. She answered all of my questions and helped me find suitable contacts. Stephanie helped me pick out frames and worked with my budget. Frames are always a tough part of the process for me because I am so indecisive. She had incredible patience and gave honest feedback on every frame I chose until she found the perfect pair!
